More on the Keenan situation

My sources tell me this was a power struggle between Martin and Keenan. Even though they are friends, they have both argued over personnel matters in Florida. Don't forget that Jacques Martin had Rick Dudley fired when he was first hired. Martin and majority owner Alan Cohen have a really close relationship, and Martin would sometimes go over the head of Keenan and take problems directly with Cohen. The lack of any statements from Keenan suggests he was indeed fired, or forced to resign. Here's a good article on the whole affair.
