Latest NHL signings! Part VII

The Calgary Flames have signed forwards Garth Murray and Riley Armstrong. Terms of the the contracts were not disclosed.

The Montreal Canadiens have signed Mike Glumac and defenseman Alex Henry to one-year, two-way contracts.

The New York Rangers have signed forward Chris Chappell.

The Vancouver Canucks have signed defensemen Nolan Baumgartner and Lawrence Nycholat.

The Chicago Blackhawks have re-signed forward Jacob Dowell and goaltender Antti Niemi.

The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Martin St. Pierre to a one-year contract; signed right wing Erik Condra to an entry-level contract; signed goaltender Mike Brodeur to a one-year contract.

NHL free agent signings for July 16, 2008 part 2

The Buffalo Sabres have signed Daniel Paille to a two-years, $2.25 million contact. Clarke MacArthur and Mark Mancari have also resigned, accepting their qualifying offers.

The Montreal Canadiens have re-signed defenseman Ryan O'Byrne to a three-year, $2.85 million contract. They have also signed free agent right-winger Mike Glumac and recently acquired defenceman Shawn Belle to one-year, two-way contracts.

The Nashville Predators have signed defenseman Kevin Klein to a two-year, $1.3 million contract.

The Columbus Blue Jackets have re-signed left wing Alexandre Picard and defenseman Marc Methot to one-year contracts; signed center Steve Kelly to a one-year contract.

The Los Angeles Kings have re-signed restricted free agent forward Gabe Gauthier to a two-year contract; goaltender Erik Ersberg to a one-year contract; forward Matt Moulson to a one-year contract; and defenseman Joe Piskula to a one-year contract.
