A source from St. Louis has just sent this one. "The Blues are very interested in acquiring Johnson. Davidson believes that with both Erik and Jack on the blueline, the team will be set for the future." It would also be an addition to the American base of players that Davidson has set up. If a deal occurs, expect Eric Brewer or Dennis Wideman to be sent to Carolina in a package deal.
