A report on the weekend stated that both Selanne and Niedermayer enrolled their children into schools in Southern California. However, Selanne loves the California lifestyle and spends most of his off-season there. Selanne did miss a scheduled charity game on Saturday.
Nashville is looking for another scorer in their top 6, but may not make a move until after training camp. They are hoping players like Vern Fiddler and Martin Gelinas can step up and fill the hole.
