Satan to the Avalanche?

Several sources from Colorado indicate that the Avalanche are very interested in acquiring Miroslav Satan. Colorado is looking for more offense, and Satan may be the answer. The Islanders are looking at a package that involves Wojtek Wolski, Brett Clark and a 5th rounder.

Lasse Kukkonen could be on his way out of Chicago. The young defenseman has been recently scratched for several games and does not fit into coach Denis Savard's plans. Teams that are lining up for his services include Edmonton, Toronto, Tampa Bay and Dallas.

The Canadiens have discussed a package deal with Phoenix that could involve Ladislav Nagy, Oleg Saprykin, Sergei Samsonov and Alexander Perezhogin exchanging teams.

You can not be serious to think Wolski is actually going to get moved.

Why would Colorado make that deal? As an Islander fan I would love it, but is seems unrealistic to me.

So what happened with the Nagy to the Islander rumors? That didn't make any sense either. Why trade Blake, a soon to be UFA, for Nagy, another UFA not to mention the Islander adding a prospect? The Islanders lose on that one, their offense doesn't get any better.
