Canucks sign Fox

The Vancouver Canucks have signed free agent forward Dane Fox to a contract.  The 20-year old is the OHL leading goal scorer for the Erie Otters.

Blue Jackets sign Bjorkstrand

The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed forward Oliver Bjorkstrand to a three-year, entry-level contract.  Bjorkstrand was the Blue Jacket's 89th overall pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.

Jets sign Comrie

The Winnipeg Jets have signed goalie Eric Comrie to a three-year, entry level contract.  Comrie was taken in the 2nd round in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.

Bouchard on waivers

The New York Islanders have placed forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard on waivers.

Canucks interested in Erat?

According to TSN, Washington Capitals forward Martin Erat has asked for a trade.  There are rumors that the Vancouver Canucks are interested.
